At Nine Fashions, we aim to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. We offer a straightforward exchange policy for a hassle-free shopping experience. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective.

All sales are considered final. We do not accept requests for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preferences or similar reasons. Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with supporting photographs so that we may assess the issue. Beyond that exception, no refund or exchange will be offered.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it within 48hrs from the date of delivery.

  • Once verified, our team will assist you further and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please make a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel to avoid any misunderstanding regarding refunds or missing items.
